This is a story about a guy who ran away from his family, to study in a different city. More accurately, he fled from his sister, for whom he has feelings which are more than 'fraternal'. This is a game about B/S incest. And there is plenty of it. Hopefully, this will not be just 'another' incest game. What makes it different from the rest?
Firstly, the storyline in the genre of modern urban fantasy. The story takes an important part in the game. As should be expected, there will be several variants of development to the plot, with different endings.
Secondly, we will try to make interactive and animated sex scenes.
Third, the main character can have different personalities, that will affect the game later.
Lastly. Despite the fact that there is only one female character in this game, we will try to make her as custom as possible. From her appearance to her traits. This will also affect the game-play.

As we mention before, our game has participated in the competition at the Russian adult game developers community. (on Russian, registration needed)
We are pleased to announce that our game, Manuscript: Another way, won first place in two nominations! The best game and the best game design. Also, we took the third place as the best story.
According to the contest, we should have done a complete game with the finale. Therefore, we made a temporary episode for the contest. It contains five good endings, two neutral and two bad endings. This does not include the bad endings at battle loses. This episode will not go to the main game plot. The final version of the game may have other endings. In addition, there will be more endings at a later stage.
In any case, we decided to release the English version of this episode as a test. It is already available on Patreon for our patrons who have signed up for testing (10$).

Meanwhile, we are now working on the next episode of the game. Follow the news!

Manuscript: Another way v0.5.41 is out!

Hello everybody.
We have released the fourth episode of Manuscript: Another way. Version 0.5.41 this time. This is a big episode, it is two times longer than the third. There are three different routes and four sexual scenes in it. Real sexual scenes this time. Also, the characters personal stories are shown in this update.

The new content are:

Beginning in the next update, the game will become much more RPG. There will be the new game mechanics such as good/bad main hero alignment. And, of course, a girl, new combat, new sex and new adventures.

Manuscript: Another way status update 11/16/2016.

Currently we are participating in a visual novel writing contest on Russian adult games community:

Per the contest rules, a version of the game with multiple endings must be released before the end of November. Despite overshooting our release date for the contest, we enjoyed the process so much, so we have decided to follow our passion and continue beyond this contest entry for making these game!
The competition release of our game will be short, because of the time limitation. The Patreon release however, will be a full length game.

Manuscript: Another way will be developed as an RPG and sandbox after the contest. Starting from ep4. the game will be much less linear. We plan to release an extra 5 or 6 episodes full of the adventures and erotic encounters. The final version of the game will be free, but additional premium content will be available only to our patrons.

For the future, we plan to begin work on a small adult game about a brother/sister relationship right after the contest. We do not expect the additional small project to impact Manuscript release dates.

If you can not win the first battle

Hello!
I was got a few feedback that people can not win the first battle even on the easy difficulty setting. In fact, it's very simple.

Here is small tips:
You need to only cast MudWall on youself until the girls come and join you  (6-7 turns). After that, you must concentrate you attacks to one of the tentacles. You will beat the monster with no problem.
Note that the game recommends you use the earth magic at the beginning of the battle. If you lose, the game was also advises you to only defend the next time.

Manuscript:Another way. Version 0.4.32

Here is the latest update of Manuscript:Another Way. Version 0.4.32 includes a full episode with a new character, battle event and two possible adult scenes. v0.4.32 is already available for our patrons on Patreon.
Newly introduced content and fetishes are:
- Mind control
- BDSM

Also, now you can turn off hard scenes, if you don't want to see it.

The demo version of the game (v0.4.31) also been updated. It adds combat defeat scenes and some changes in the GUI and graphics. It also debuts the characters statistics screen. Ep.3 will be added to the demo version after the release of the next episode.
Speaking of the next episode, a few words on that... We are expecting adult scenes with the main characters to be completed in episode four.

Hi guys.
We have released an update 0.3.23 for our patrons. It is already available on our Patreon page. Nothing serious in it, just losing the battle scene and the screen with characters status. Now we are making the third episode. There will be a new adventures and a new female character in it. This character will be in the party until the end of the game. It may also be a romantic or sexual option with her in the future versions. Another contents of the third episode will be a new battle and a sex scene with BDSM and hypnosis overtones .

Estimated ep.3 release date is 11/11/2016.

The Ep.3 will be available to our patrons first. The others will also be able to see the updated demo with new content. The full ep.3 version will be free to everyone after releases of ep.4.

Now we are working under the missed scene of defeating. It is obviously that the tentacle monster is not just beats the girls. And do not kill them as well ))))). We just released a fresh hot update. What it includes? The second episode. It is more than 4,000 words and implies are three ways to story development. Four new erotic scenes, two of them without the participation of the protagonist (only one is real sex, though). The combat system strongly rebalances and became a little easier. The main protagonist of this game was an ordinary, (or not?), college student; without a girlfriend. Two campus girls hold romantic interest for him, but he lacks the confidence to approach them. Our 'hero' finds himself in another world full of magic and adventure through a twist of fate, with monstergirl counterparts to his romantic interests in this world... Will he be able to accomplish in this fantasy realm, what he has lacked the willpower for in the real world?
